The Twentieth- Zaddy Mid-Century Modern Vintage LGBTQAI+ Father's Day Card

Made with felted paper for a luxurious, high quality texture and sharp line. Comes with a cream colored envelope.   I made this card with input from members of my community in order to expand the category of "father's day" to be inclusive of cis-gender and trans fathers. The language of the card calls out gender-normative representations that proliferate in father's day cards (hunting, fishing, beer, etc.) while also being playful and celebrating the many puns (on toxic masculinity) as "dad jokes." The choice of having both femme and masc signifying figures "check-out" the Zaddy figure, as well as the Philadelphia flag as the tie and trans flag as the pocket square are all symbols of the LGBTQAI+ community. Feminist high-quality cards with an unapologetic sense of humor and wit using vintage images.
